Container and schedule built around your barn

Quoted

Subscription and swap fee are both billed once a month, on one invoice. Swap schedules are averages. We set yours at signup and adjust it as your herd changes.

How it works

Set it up once. We take it from there.

1

Tell us about your barn

How many horses, and a photo of where the container can sit.

2

We drop the container

We set your swap schedule at signup and drop a 14 or 16 yd container where you need it.

3

We swap it on schedule

We haul the full one away and leave an empty one. Every haul is logged and shows up on your monthly invoice.

TDEC
compliant

We keep your paperwork as clean as your stalls.

Tennessee CAFOs need records of where their manure goes. We track every haul and give you the paperwork, so your permit file stays current without extra work for your staff.

Haul logs for every pickup

Date, container size, estimated volume and destination, recorded the day we haul.

Records that match your permit

Organized around what a TDEC CAFO permit asks for, so they drop straight into your files.

Inspection-ready, on request

Need records for an inspection or your annual report? Call us and we'll send your full haul history for any date range.

Approved disposal only

Every load goes to a permitted site, documented from your barn to the last stop.

Why Granite Oak

A local crew, not a national hauler.

Locally owned & family run

You're dealing with the people who own the trucks, not a call center.

One monthly invoice

Your subscription and every swap are billed together, with that month's haul log attached.

Adjusts with your herd

Add horses or head into a slow season, and we change your swap schedule to match.

Andrew and Cam did an amazing job helping make my move out so much easier! With these guys they went above and beyond with their service. Very polite and respectful of the things in my home and everything surrounding it. If you ever need anything I would always suggest giving them a call for any of your removal needs. Thanks guys!

Kind and courteous. Prompt delivery time. Geoff and the team are experts as they were able to get the dumpster unloaded in my driveway which is difficult as it is very steep. I would recommend them any day for dumpster rentals.

Super good first impression of Granite Oak Waste. They brought me a clean dumpster same day. Drivers were courteous, introduced themselves and made sure I was okay with where they needed to turn around in the yard. Thanks Geoff! Look forward to working with you in the future

Before you ask

What barn owners ask first

How much does it cost?

Each plan has a monthly subscription plus a monthly swap fee, billed together on one invoice. For 1–5 horses that's $350 + $400, or $750 a month. Training is $925 a month, Elite is $1,050 a month, and barns with 20+ horses get a custom quote.

What does the swap fee cover?

It's a flat fee billed once a month alongside your subscription, not a charge per pickup. It shows up on the same invoice with that month's haul log.

Which plan do I need?

It mostly depends on how many horses you have: Hobby for 1–5, Training for 6–15, Elite for 15+, and Custom for 20 or more. Tell us your herd size in the form and we'll recommend a plan and a swap schedule.

What if my herd size changes?

We set your swap schedule at signup and adjust it as your herd changes.

Can you help with my CAFO permit records?

Yes. We log every haul (date, container size, estimated volume and destination) and organize the records around what a TDEC CAFO permit asks for. Call us any time for a full haul history.

Where does the manure go?

To a permitted site. Every load is documented from your barn to where it ends up.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama, starting in the Chattanooga area.
